Sree Chaitanya College of Engineering (SCCE) has grown up to new heights in the quality of education and discipline. The college has given many quality engineers to the global Market. the college was established in the year 2004-05 and is owned and managed by TAKSHASILA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY. The College is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

The college provides various facilities to students and encourage them to take part in various co-curricular and extracurricular activities such as inter collegiate competitions, cultural events and technical paper presentation. Several Inter collegiate tournaments and technical paper presentation competitions are also organized by the college where the students can polish their talent. “SWARITHA” the annual cultural fest of the college is organized every year to bring out the hidden talents of the students.

SCCE Facilities 

Library :

The Central Library came into existence in 2004. Since then, many facilities has been added to the library so that the students can feel relax and comfortable during their study. Infrastructure and other facilities in the library has grown in recent days. All these years, it has been the life-line for the academic activity of the institute. At present, it stands as a modern library with a lot of automation and as the largest in terms of the number of books and journals.

Hostel :

SCE provides  good hostel facility for the students. Separate hostel facility is provided to both boys and girls with 100 rooms for boys and 96 rooms for girls consisting all modern facilities.

Sports :

Training facilities is available for the students and staff of the Institute by the department of Physical Education. It has excellent infrastructure facilities for both outdoor and indoor games and sports. Facility of Volley Ball, Foot Ball, Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Hand Ball, Hockey, Basket Ball etc. are available. A 400 m standard track, an excellent pavilion and facilities for all athletic events are available for the students.
