Library: The Hotel School has a vast collection of course-related books and textbooks in its library. This library is open to all students and staff. This well-structured library is easily accessible by students for doing any assignments, research work and projects.
Advance Training Kitchen: Advance Training Kitchen is designed to understand the concepts of international preparations and requirements of plating. Here students are developed to be a certified professional in Culinary Arts through hands-on experience in various international cuisines.
Food Production Lab: The food production lab is designed as per international standards for training hospitality students. It is equipped with all the latest modular kitchen equipment and students are provided with individual work stations for effective training. The spacious and well-ventilated kitchen lab helps the students to learn the essentials of food production.
Front Office Lab: The Front Office lab is equipped with all the facilities which are required to train the students effectively.
Bakery: The institute has an exceptional bakery which is not only spacious but also includes the important equipment and amenities used to bake items in the hospitality industry. Live demonstration of baking various items is another aspect of the practical training imparted to the students.
