The Unique Institute of Management and Technology offers a full-time and 3-year duration Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Applications, and Bachelor of Legislative Law at the UG level.

At the PG level, the college has 2-year degree programs called Master of Business Administration, and Master of Computer Applications. Last but not least, Diploma courses are offered to students in multiple specializations.

The well-developed, lush-green campus of UIMT is situated over a very large area of land. It is only 12 km away from Ghaziabad and 5 km far from Modinagar. Apart from this, well-constructed buildings are there on the premises and the main building has an administrative office, faculty offices, classrooms, a library, and conference halls.

Lecture Hall: The college has fully air-conditioned classrooms with a seating capacity of 150+ students in each. All the lecture halls are equipped with an Interactive Board, LCD projector, and a large size monitor connected through Wi-Fi.

Sports Complex: UIMT has the required infra and dedicated space for various indoor and outdoor games like Volleyball, Table Tennis, Hockey, Cricket, Badminton, Basket Ball and other athletics.

Hostel: To provide a home-like environment to students away from their homes, separate hostels have been built by the college for girls and boys. These accommodations have 200 twin-sharing rooms along with air-conditioned rooms, a dining room, and a common room equipped with facilities for indoor games and a gymnasium. Additionally, the resident warden takes care of all the affairs related to the hostel. Locker facilities are also available here for hostellers. Last but not least, there are laundry services followed by separate medical rooms, T.V. rooms, and power backup.

Medical: The UIMT has appointed a medical officer and a Dentist to provide immediate healthcare services, and consultation to students in case of an emergency or as and when required basis. Various health programs including regular medical checkups of students and staff members, Pathology camps, Vaccination camps, Dental checkups, and Blood donation camps are also conducted from time to time.

Auditorium: All National and Religious festivals along with Cultural and extracurricular activities are organized by the college in the state-of-the-art Auditorium. It is fully air-conditioned and has a seating capacity of 1000 persons. Apart from this, seminars, and quizzes are organized here.

Library: The college has a fully automated library on its campus to take care of the academic and research needs of students and faculty members. Further, there is a dedicated enclosure for faculty members and researchers and the ground floor of the triple-storied library hosts a Reading Section, Reference Section, and Electronic Media Library Division. On the other hand, 1st floor is where students can find Journals/ Periodicals, Dissertation Reports, Project Reports, etc., and 2nd floor of the library is reserved for textbooks related to management and IT subjects.

Canteen: This beautifully designed and octagonal-shaped facility of the college aims to provide high-quality food to students and staff members at reasonable rates. There is a regular visit from the Director accompanied by a Doctor and his team to check the quality of food and the cleanliness of the canteen area.

Computer Lab: The 3 computer centers of the college are well-resourced with the required IT infrastructure and a highly qualified IT faculty team. UIMT has 300+ Pentium-IV, dual-core, and core-2-duo processor-based systems networked through Windows 2003 Server, SCO Unix 5.0, and Red Hat Enterprise Server Edition. The latest versions of Visual Studio Dot Net 2005, Java, Turbo C++, Oracle 10G, SPSS, PROWESS, Power Builder 6.0, and Sybase-II, etc. are installed on each computer.
