UTS Mahila Arts College

UTS Mahila Arts College was established in the year 1965 with an aim to cherish and promote the vision of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He nurtured a vision of dignity of labour and wanted it to be manifested in the education system so that the students never think about someone as small depending on the work he is doing. The spirit of cooperation and service needs to be strengthened. At the same time, the college is committed towards freedom from fear, national unity, karmayoga and pursuit of knowledge. The college strives hard for a society that is highly creative, enlightened, diligent which can be done by promoting initiative to work and efficiency. Women as well as people from the weaker section of the society needed to be uplifted and the college worked hard for the same to provide equal opportunities to all.

Why to join UTS Mahila Arts College?

1. Well established Students Grievance cell-

This platform has been made available to the students where they can share their troubles and grievances to the management who in turn investigates the problem and takes a suitable action. This way, the students are satisfied and no anger is left to fester.

2. Remedial programs in place-

If the student is not faring well in a subject, he or she is allowed to be a part of remedial programs where they are coached again in the problem subjects so that they do better in them. Special classes are conducted for the same and the weak students are encouraged to join the same.
