Vikram Deb Autonomous College was established in 1947 in Orissa by King Rajashri Vikram Dev Verma with the help of the Government of Odisha for a noble cause of educating the tribal population. It was erstwhile known as Jeypore College.

- After filling the CAF properly, students must submit the form to the college they want to apply to.

- Cafeteria- A separate cafeteria serving healthy and nutritious food at an affordable price is available for students.
- Gym- There is a state-of-the-art gym separate for men and women with proper weight equipment along with indoor and outdoor exercise units.
