XIMR Mumbai Admission

The Xavier Institute of Management and Research offers a postgraduate-level program in management namely a Master in Management Studies (MMS). The basic eligibility criteria for admission to this course is a Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized university. The total intake capacity by the Institute is 61 students. Out of which, the seats are allotted to the following categories: 

• 31 seats for Roman Catholic Minority Students
• 12 seats for Management Quota
• 18 seats will be filled through CAP counseling
• 1 seat is reserved for Jammu & Kashmir candidates

The selection of the MMS program is done on the basis of CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ MHT CET/ ATMA score. The allotment of seats is done through CAP counseling.

XIMR Placement

The placement cell at Xavier Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai provides the students with a wide range of job opportunities. It conducts a pre-placement talk, mock interviews, seminars, internships to provide industry exposure to the students. The MMS program also provides students with ample opportunities to innovate and challenge ideas used in the corporates. Through the summer internship of 8-10 weeks, the students are exposed to management issues. 

A number of reputed companies have visited the campus for placement drive. It includes Aditya Birla Finance, Axis Bank, Ceat, Decathalon, Dorsch Consult India, Deloitte Financial Advisory, Godrej Interio, HDFC Bank, ITC, Just Dial Ltd., Nestle, Panasonic, etc.
