Emarti Devi Women's College was founded by Joharimal Public Charitable Trust in 1980. It is one of the premier Private Women's Educational institutions of Cuttack City.  The mission of the college is to be committed to the cause of empowerment young girls through the access of education particularly higher education enabling them to develop as intellectually alive, socially responsible citizen.
