Kirodimal Institute of Technology

Kirodimal Institute of Technology was established in 2000. It was the first college in raigarh in the engineering field. The Collecge is been governed by the Kirodimal Polytechnical Society. It is affiliated by Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University and it is approved by AICTE

Vision and Mission:

• To impart education and facility of research in the field of Science, Engineering, Technology and professional education as per the norms and rules laid down by the AICTE and the Government of Chhattisgarh
• To administer and manage funds which may be received from the Government as Grant-in-aid or as may be made available by other persons
• To take possessions of and to hold and manage any land building or other immovable property, acquired, obtained or placed at the disposal of the society for the aforesaid purpose
• To take such action incidental, ancillary or conductive to attainment of objects stated above or any other similar objects, as per requirements prescribed by the AICTE and Government of Chhattisgarh.

The college is situated at Garhumaria in an eco-friendly environment blessed with sublime beauty of nature. The place is well connected by road rail from Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Raigarh is about 225 Km from the state capital. The college campus is in equal distance approx 8 Km from Raigarh railway station and bus stand.

• It has the collection of 666 titles and 8136 volumes including all branches
• It also subscribes to many national and international journals.
