MGM Institute of Management & Research is an NAAC accredited (Grade 'A') and ISO 9001:2015 certified Institute constituent to MGM University (First Private University in Marathwada), Aurangabad. Established in the year 1994, the institute runs BBA, B.Com. and MBA (Full and Part-time) programs.

MGM Institute of Management & Research offers the following to deserving students. Scholarships are available based on the recommendations of the committee on the subject:

Merit Scholarships: In terms of fee concessions (50% to the top most, 35% to the second and 25% to the third) to the admitted students with top three scores in the entrance competitive exam.
Sports Scholarships: Fee concession of 50 % and 25 % of tuition fee to those who have played any international /national level tournament respectively in their graduation years.
Wards of Defence Forces: 25% concession to the wards of defense forces (Military and Para-military) personnel ‘killed in action’.

The coveted companies like Atos Syntel, CapGemini, HDFC Bank Ltd., Aditya Birla Capital, India Shelter Finance Corporation, Ecom Express, Berger Paints, Pin Click, Topper Technologies Pvt Ltd. etc. visited the campus for campus drive.
