Oriental College of Pharmacy - [OCP], Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, established in 2004 and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Oriental College of Pharmacy has been accredited as one of the 'Best Institutes in Pharmacy Education and Research' in Central INDIA. It is affiliated to AICTE and PCI. It is an ISO 9001-2008 certified institution for providing quality education-related pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.

Oriental College offers Pharmacy courses like B.Pharm., D.Pharm, M.Pharm. Students who have passed 10+2 with 45% (40% marks for reserved category) marks are eligible for B.Pharm admission, whereas for B.Pharm LTE a candidate shall have a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. Those who hold B.Pharm Degree with minimum 50% (45% for the reserved category) marks are considered eligible for M.Pharm admission.

Admission to the M.Pharm course is given based on a valid GPAT score. The selection of candidates for the B.Pharm course is done based on their score in the MP Pre-Pharmacy Test conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MP-PEB). Counseling for admission to technical colleges of M.P. is carried out by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal (M.P. Government Body).

Oriental College of Pharmacy has a Herbal Garden with more than 70 varieties of plant species to provide students a deeper knowledge of their subject. Besides, an Animal House is coming up soon, which will provide opportunities to learn specific company items related to Drug analysis through hands-on practicing approaches.

OCP Admission

Admission to the Institute is carried out as per the rules laid down by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

The selection of candidates for the B.Pharm course is done based on their score in the MP Pre-Pharmacy Test conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MP-PEB). Medicinal Plant Garden: Institute has a well-maintained Medicinal Plant Garden with about one hundred species of medicinal plants. Institute has excellent infrastructure for education, practical training, and research in various specializations at M. Pharm level including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Quality Assurance
