Institute of Behavioural Science Gandhinagar Admission

An entrance test is conducted by the institute for intake in various programs. For admission in M.Phil. the interview is followed by the entrance test. Weightage of the written exam is 90% and that of the interview is 10%. The admissions are taken in a defined time period. The merit list is announced after the closure of the application date.

Ltd.; ICICI Lombard; Foundation Futuristic Technologies (P) Ltd.; Indian Air Force; Perkin Elmer; National Institute of Occupational Health, Government Mental Hospitals of the country; IIT Gandhinagar and Military College, Nashik.

Around 121 students were placed in the companies in the year 2018-19 with a median salary of INR 3,20,000.
131 students with a median salary of INR 6,40,000 were placed in the year 2017-18.

Ans. Yes, SC/ST grievance cell is present at the campus and it looks after their needs, and their issues are resolved by them. In case of any difficulty, they can approach them.

Ques. Is the hostel facility provided by the Institute?

Ans. Yes, the hostel facility is facilitated by the institute and it contains all modern facilities. Beds, chair, table along with almirah is provided in each room. Students are refunded 50% of the hostel fee if they want to take off the hostel facility. However, after 3 months the facility of refund is not there.

Ans. Various laboratories are there in the institute, the research facility is very good at the institute. Between 2009-2015 about 162 research paper was presented out of which 67 were published. All laboratories set up are functional and operating successfully.

Ans. Yes, conferences and meetings are organized at regular intervals at the Institute. Students can enhance their learning ability and their skills can be nourished by attending such conferences. There is an alumni association too which helps students in finding their future goals.
