The college is set up on the land donated by a generous lady Mrs. Bulurani Pathak. The college is named after her parents as requested by the donor. The college believes that the training of teachers is a big thing. Teachers decide the future of the nation. To educate the teachers is a big responsibility. The college has taken up that responsibility and did well. The college aims at making the students understand their respective disciplines from the grass roots level.
