Aegis School of Business and Telecommunication, Mumbai was established in 2002 with the support of Bharti Airtel, 2nd largest telecom company in India. Aegis is the first institute that start Executive Telecom Management, Cloud Computing, MBA on Tablet, Business Consulting, Business Analytics & Big Data programs in India. It is among top 3 Telecom management schools in India.

Aegis offers one year full-time, MBA/ PGP, a two year, part-time, EMBA and EMPTM programs. Admissions are based on marks obtained in GMAT, GRE, XAT, CAT, CMAT and GATE. The college has separate hostels for boys and girls with all modern facilities. The college has placement cell that regularly provide proper guidance to all students for their final placement.
