Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) is a Central University located in Vidya Vihar, Lucknow. It has been accredited 'Grade A' by NAAC and approved by UGC & MHRD. The university has 69th position in the overall category by NIRF, 2023. BBAU is running a number of 40+ departments under which numerous UG, PG, Research based and Integrated courses are provided. BBAU Admission 2024

The university follows a common application process for all the provided courses. There few steps that students need to follow for application process:

Students seeking admission to BBAU, need to visit the official website of the university
After opening the homepage there will be a link, click on ‘Online Admission System’
Candidates need to register themselves and fill the application form with required information
After filling up the form, the application fee should be paid of INR 1000 (INR 500 for SC/ST/ PWD) through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net-Banking or NEFT

BBAU Scholarships

The university offers scholarships to students on merit basis and who are physically challenged with the help of National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and Uttar Pradesh Scholarship.

BBAU Facilities

BBAU provides various facilities to its students. They are:

Library: The library equipped with books and periodical sections having adequate reading rooms, journals and video library. The Library services are also extended to non-teaching staff and visitors.

Computer Center: The university has a Computer Centre equipped with computers and internet facilities for all. It is also connected with the National Knowledge Network.

LAN/ Wi-Fi Campus: The entire campus of BBAU is connected with a strong wifi network. Most buildings in the university like Administrative Block, Departments, Hostels, and some Residential Quarters in the campus are fully equipped with LAN facilities.

Mess/ Canteen: The university provides a mess facility that is available in all the hostels. A Canteen is also running in the university campus during working days.
