How to Apply?

Download the application form from the official website of DSNLU.
Filled in application form should be submitted along with the processing fee of INR 2000 for Indian students, and INR 5000 for NRI/ Foreign students/ NRI sponsored students.
The fee should be paid as Demand Draft, drawn in favor of “Registrar, Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University payable at Visakhapatnam.”

DSNLU Facilities

Boys and Girls Hostels: Hostels for Boys and Girls have 160 rooms each on twin sharing basis and amenities including solar-powered Hot water/ R.O. for drinking water/ WI-FI and LAN. Two Badminton courts and table Tennis Boards and Gym with the Latest equipment are available in both the Hostels.
Library: Library with a collection of a wide variety of books and journals from the point of law students and scholars. Facilities of the Internet through LAN & Wi-Fi and E-resources with Remotes are also added to the law library. The open-access system is adopted for easy access to literature and other information.
Mess: The university’s cafeteria has two messes that are managed by the student committee providing north and south cuisines.
Sports and Gym Facility: The sports committee has undertaken the responsibility of inculcating the environment of Sports in DSNLU. The work that the sports committee does inside the university is very well-complimented by the sports infrastructure of the campus. DSNLU provides badminton courts, Table Tennis table(s), and a gym in both the hostels. The university has a football field, 2 cricket pitches, 2 volleyball grounds, a basketball court, and a lawn tennis court also.
Academic Block: Academic Block is fully air-conditioned and disabled friendly with fire & safety equipment. The university campus has 11 Class Rooms, 400 seater Seminar Hall, 2 Conference Halls, Moot Court Hall, and a Library. The Academic Block is fully connected with the WIFI & LAN facility provided by 1 GBPs NKN-MHRD all the classrooms and seminar halls are provided with public address systems and LCD projectors.

Ques. What all documents are required for foreign/ NRI for taking admission?

Ans. The following documents are required-

Copy of the Passport of the candidate/ Sponsor.
School leaving Certificate/ College leaving Certificate.
Migration Certificate.
Statement of marks at the qualifying examination (Intermediate/ PUC/ HSC) and 10th standard.
Copy of the statement of marks at the Qualifying Examination (equivalent to Intermediate/ PUC/ HSC) and percentage/ conversion certificate in the case of Grades.
Copy of the Birth Certificate.
Medical Certificate.
Eight Stamp Sized Photographs of the Candidate.

Ques. What is the procedure for a scholarship?

Ans. Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University does not offer any scholarship but the Andhra Pradesh Government offers scholarships to the minority students and also Andhra Pradesh based scheduled caste and scheduled tribes’ students which is very beneficial.

Ans. The fee structure for B.A. LLB is INR 1.78 LPA and a total of 138 seats are available for BA LLB Hons.
