Ques. How is Fire & EHS Engineering of GSFC University different from other Universities?

Ans. GSFC University is the first University in Gujarat to start Full-time Fire & EHS Engineering program in 2019. GSFCU being a CSR initiative of GSFC Ltd is following a medical college model and here the students undergo both practical & theory related to subjects. The unique features of GSFC University are:

  • GSFCU students have access to well-equipped 2 Fire stations, 7 Fire tenders, Snorkel and other modern equipment related to Fire & Safety department, GSFC Ltd.
  • GSFCU students also have access to Environment control department & ETP / STP of GSFC Ltd.
  • Well-equipped Medical Centre with experts in the field of first aid and occupational health & safety.
  • The exposure of students to the operational plants, on-site experience and training by Industrial Professionals.

Ans. The University campus can be reached by public transport from Vadodara city. All the buses going to Dashrath village can be used for this purpose.
