Pre Placement Talk: Before the actual recruiters come down, some representatives come to speak to students. They learn about the work culture, and learn more about the companies, helping them to decide where to apply.
Submission of Resumes: After the pre-placement talk, aspirants create their resumes and hand them over to either the company or placement cells.
Short Listing: Candidates are then shortlisted, based on their resumes, academic records, and skills.
Campus Recruitment: Through group discussions, written tests, case studies, personal interviews, etc, students are selected by companies and handed the offer letters.

The KPS institute has 10 acres of a “green campus” – which means they undertake tree planting initiatives, restrict personal vehicle usage, use of LED lights, and installation of solar panels for some of their electricity needs.

Hostels: Both boys and girls have separate hostels on the campus.
Classrooms: KPS focuses on dynamic interactions. And their classrooms are well-equipped with wi-fi, and they use audio-video and multimedia for teaching.
Laboratories: All departments have labs set up which complement theoretical knowledge under the strict vigilance of an instructor.
Library: With a seating capacity of 75 persons, the KSP institute’s library is home to more than 11,000 titles which include text and reference books, National and International Periodicals, and journals. In addition to also being digitized, it allows students to lend and reserve books, photocopies, and CD/ DVD services.
Sports: The institute has a football and cricket grounds, and a volleyball court. Moreover, a common room houses a table tennis table and carrom boards.
