MMANTC comprises Abdul Latif Ali Al Shaya Faculty of Engineering and Technology and Luluwa Yusuf Boodai Polytechnic. The Abdul Latif Ali Al Shaya Faculty of Engineering and Technology is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and Luluwa Yusuf Boodai Polytechnic is affiliated with MSBTE, Mumbai.

MMANTC offers Undergraduate, and Diploma courses across different Engineering specializations through its Abdul Latif Ali Al Shaya Faculty of Engineering and Technology and the Luluwa Yusuf Boodai Polytechnic, respectively.
