• Scenic Location- It is not necessary that learning should be happen only in the classrooms, even students can learn more if they are connected with natural beauty of the learning place. For this purpose this college is located at the inset of the nature with lush green landscape where surrounding of the hills of Ooty makes the environment so much adorable.
• NATA Test Centres-This College has its NATA Test Centres at Ooty and Chennai by which the aptitude of the applicant can be measured for a specific field of study. The test measures drawing and observational skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability of the students.
• NIASA 2012-This College was awarded with 7^th Annual National Award for Excellence in Architectural Thesis in 2012 for South Zone ‘V’.
