The scholarship amount is adjusted with the 4th installment of the fees. The scholarship is also available for girl students who have scored 60% or above in 10th, 12th and graduation.
  • State Government Scholarship: Under this scholarship, NIET provides a fee waiver to the students who belong to the economically weaker sections of the society and have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh. The scholarship is applicable for B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA and PGDM courses. The students have to submit their income certificate and caste certificate along with the application form. The scholarship amount varies according to the category and course of the students.
  • AICTE Scholarship: Under this scholarship, NIET provides financial assistance to students who are admitted under the lateral entry scheme in B.Tech and MCA courses. The scholarship is sponsored by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is applicable for students who have a family income of less than INR 2.5 lakhs per annum. The students have to submit their income certificate and mark sheets along with the application form. The scholarship amount is INR 50,000 per annum.
  • Bihar Credit Card Scheme for Higher Education: Under this scheme, NIET provides a loan facility to students who belong to Bihar and are pursuing higher education. The scheme is sponsored by the Bihar government and is applicable for B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA and PGDM courses. The students have to submit their domicile certificate and Aadhaar card along with the application form. The loan amount is up to INR 4 lakhs with a nominal interest rate.
