Ease of facilities: The College has its building equipped with spacious, well-ventilated classrooms and modern labs especially for Fundamental of Nursing Nutrition, Community and OBG.A well-qualified and experienced faculty is another asset. An Anatomy department and museum is the main attraction. There is a state of the art library and a herbal garden with medicinal plants. Separate well-furnished hostels exist for boys and girls with a mess. The college has its parent hospital SCS hospital providing clinical training to students. Transport facility is available for students and staff for college as well as a clinical area. Free medical camps are also organised, and the College is proud to have a community health and village adoption programme.
An active Placement cell: M.Sc. Nursing students are posted to super speciality hospitals such as NIMHANS, Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore and Valluvanad Hospital, Ottapalam to name a few. As part of the curriculum, our students are posted for Community Health Nursing experience to Kuppepadavu and Urban Health Centre, Kulur.
