Admission to the UG courses are based on TNEA counselling and admission to the PG courses is done on the basis of TANCET scores

Sethu Institute of Technology Placements 2023

The institute has a very active and efficient training and placement cell (TPC), headed by the Vice-Principal of the institute. In addition to conducting recruitment drives, the placement cell also offers services for the all-around development of the students and assists them in landing their desired jobs.

TPC conducts internal and external training sessions for the students to train and prepare them to crack job interviews. Internal training includes schooling students on general aptitude, technical, communication, and soft skills. External training includes company-specific preparation and training for interviews.

Central Library: The college library has a large collection of books, periodicals, digital audio and video, e-books, and online courses available for the students and faculty. The library offers access to NPTEL, DELNET, British Council Library, and AIRC-American Information Resource Centre.
Hostel & Mess: The college provides hostel and canteen facilities to its students. Separate hostels are available for girls and boys with a capacity of 4 students per room. Hostels have an uninterrupted power supply, water facility, and essential store facility. Additionally, Tv rooms, yoga halls, and gymnasium are also available inside the hostels.
Sports: Institute has facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports and games. Required space and equipment for activities such as football, basketball, volleyball, hockey, cricket, handball, and kabaddi are available.
Laboratories: The campus has laboratories equipped with all the necessary equipment.
Transport Facility: The institute has deployed 75 buses to offer transport facilities covering about 60kms to students and staff. For students staying in hostels, transport facility is available on weekends up to 100 km.
