About Sherwood College of Engineering Research and Technology - [SCERT]

Sherwood College of Engineering Research and Technology (SCERT) was established in the year 2007 and is an institution of Sherwood Educational Group. It is affiliated to Gautam Buddh Technical University and approved and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)

It has a large campus spread over 20 acres on the Lucknow- Faizabad highway
The institute is in close vicinity of corporate giants like Parle, Éclat tile, Tata Motors etc.

Collaboration:

Association with Foreign University- The collage has collaborated with University of CETYS, Mexico and POLISH, Poland for curriculum development, student exchange, faculty exchange and academic support
IEEE Student Chapter- The College has applied for Student chapter of IEEE with 6 faculty & 29 Student members
Computer Society of India- It has also applied for Institute membership of Computer Society of India(CSI)

The college holds a record of 80% placdement, as in the year 2011-2012 about 103 students were placed on campus recruitment.

National Seminar-Sherwood College of Management, Lucknow has organized one day workshop for GBTU
