The Institute has a Placement Cell that provides career guidance and placement opportunities to the students. Supporting teams like Placement Assistance Team (PAT), Corporate Connect Team (CCT), and Corporate Relations Team (CRT). The Institute also has an Entrepreneurship Development Cell to facilitate the development of entrepreneurial abilities amongst the students and to promote entrepreneurship as a career choice. The institute has established a Corporate Connect/Industry Institute Partnership to foster strong relationships with the corporate. The major activities undertaken by the committee include reaching out to new organizations and identify collaborative work opportunities, invite representatives from the industry for guest lectures, industrial visits, identify opportunities for faculty internship programs, management development programs and consultancy projects, summer internships and final placements for students. The institute conducts guest lectures on academic and non-academic topics. Experts from academia, as well as corporates, are invited to conduct these lectures. . The Institute regularly conducts structured visits to industries and professional organizations to provide students with a first-hand experience of the working of the corporate world. Library: The institute has a well-stocked library with 10,013 books. A separate IT zone has been created in the reading hall with 7 multimedia PC’s having internet access to provide easy access to e-resources. The library has an institutional membership with MCCIA and British Library for resource sharing.

Computer Lab: The institute has 4 air-conditioned computer labs with a total of 120 PCs. All PCs are connected to a central server via LAN.

Auditorium & Seminar Hall: The institute has an air-conditioned seminar hall with a seating capacity of 200 and 100 respectively. It is equipped with a multimedia PC, LCD projector, and sound system.

Canteen: A well-ventilated canteen is housed within the Institute. The canteen has a seating capacity for 150 students. The canteen provides breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner to the students at concessional rates. Proper cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the canteen at all times. A TV is also provided as a recreational facility.

Classroom: The institute has six classrooms. All classrooms have a multimedia-enabled PC with internet connectivity and are equipped with LCD projectors and a sound system. Two classrooms are air-conditioned. Most classrooms have been designed to allow adequate sunlight and ventilation and utilize as much natural light as possible.

The institute has well-qualified faculty with experience in both academics and industry. More than 35% of Faculty members of the Institute have PhD degrees and few members have M. Phil degrees. Four of the faculty members are currently pursuing their Ph.D. For their continuous growth and development, the institute encourages its faculty and provides financial assistance to participate in Faculty Development Program /Management Development Program/Quality Improvement Program, National and International conferences and Workshops. The institute also encourages faculty to undergo industry internships to gain experience in current industry practices. It provides financial support to the faculty for the same and also encourages its faculty to undertake Management Development Program, Faculty internships and work on consultancy projects to increase their exposure to the corporate world. DYPIMS has on its roll qualified (PhDs, NET qualified) and experienced faculty members as per the norms laid by statutory bodies such as AICTE, UGC, and SPPU.
