Gurugram University Admission

Most UG and PG programs at Gurugram University will admit students in 2024 based on merit and their qualifying test scores. However, online counseling (conducted by HSTES) and GPAT scores are used to determine admission for programs like BPharm and MPharm, respectively.

For admission to Ph.D. programs at the university, an internal entrance exam is administered. Candidates who have earned a UGC NET or CSIR NET score, however, are excused from taking the internal entrance exam.

Gurugram University Scholarship

There are three types of scholarships available at Gurugram University:

Scholarship 1 

Full Tuition On the proposal of the Chairperson of the Departments and with the Vice Chancellor's approval, concessions may be granted to deserving students who meet the following criteria, up to 10% of the intake, in hard and genuine cases: -

•  A student must provide a legitimate income certificate or affidavit if their family's annual income is less than 2.5 lakh rupees.
•  Whose attendance (on the date the application is recommended) is at least 75%
•  Who has successfully completed all prior exams for the relevant course.
•  Whose parent passed away during the session.

Scholarship 2 

The following concessions are available to the children/spouses of Gurugram University personnel who pass away while in a harness:

• Concession on the whole tuition charge.
• A three-fourths (%) discount on the development fee.

Scholarship 3

• All programmes (excluding PhD programmes) in the University Teaching Departments may be offered at a 50% discount to University employees and their dependents (sons, daughters, siblings, sisters, and spouses who are/are not employed and are/are entirely reliant on him/her and living with him/her).
•  At the U.G. and P.G. levels, 50% of tuition fees are waived for parents with solely female children.
•  Exempting applicants in the BPL category and pupils who lost both parents to the COVID pandemic from paying the full tuition.
