Grades include the standard Ensuite, Silver and Gold, plus Silver and Bronze rooms in a newer style. Up to 5 en-suite rooms share each flat's kitchen and living space. Students with additional accessibility needs can state this as a preference when booking. Room sizes are not published.

What's included: Wifi, water, electricity, heating and gas are all part of the rent. Contents insurance is covered, and a TV licence applies in the main communal areas.
