Rooms: En-suite rooms come in Bronze Plus, Silver, Gold and Platinum grades. Each has a double bed, under-bed storage, a desk and a chair. Flats hold 4 to 6 en-suite rooms around a shared kitchen and living space. Studios come in Bronze, Silver and Gold grades. They have a small double bed, under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a study space and a private kitchen. The building has wheelchair access. Room sizes are not published.

What's included: Rent includes water, heating, electricity, gas, wifi and contents insurance. Communal areas are cleaned, and a TV licence covers the main communal area. Residents can use the on-site gym. Every resident needs a guarantor, even when paying in full. The guarantor must be over 18, in full-time employment and not a student. International guarantors are accepted. Rent can be paid in full, termly or monthly, with monthly plans costing 2% more. Payment is by card, in person or by bank transfer.

Getting around: High Street station, managed by ScotRail, is about a 4-minute walk. The University of Strathclyde is a 5-minute walk. Glasgow Caledonian University is a 15-minute walk. The University of Glasgow is a short subway ride away. An on-site grocery store covers everyday shopping.

In the building: Shared facilities include a 24-hour gym, cinema room, entertainment room, social and study spaces, and an outdoor area. There is bike storage, a vending machine and lifts. Security officers patrol 24 hours a day, alongside a concierge, CCTV and a controlled access gate. The site manager works office hours, and maintenance covers daytime. Smoking is allowed only in the outside area, and alcohol is banned in communal spaces.

Good to know: No booking deposit is needed. Bookings made from 1 August have a 24-hour cooling-off period. A tenancy takeover costs £50 and is only possible until 31 May 2027. Exterior improvement works are planned from November 2026 to January 2028.
