• If key is not collected within 2 weeks of Tenancy Start Date:
  • Booking may be cancelled.
  • Room may be re-let.
  • Any rent paid (including Booking Fee applied to rent) will not be refunded.
  • Booking Fee will be retained.
• Booking cancellation before tenancy agreement (after Deadline):
  • Booking Fee will be retained.
