PREC Maharashtra was established in the year 1983. It is a leading Engineering college in Ahmednagar with 35 years of experience in imparting vocational education in engineering and a job-relevant curriculum. The college is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and it is approved by AICTE. The college is accredited with NAAC and awarded Grade “A” by DTE and Govt. of Maharashtra. Pravara Rural Engineering College offers courses at various Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. It also offers several lateral entry courses. The college offers UG courses with 9 specializations, PG courses with 7 specializations, and 1 PhD course in Mechanical Engineering.
