Bejoy Narayan Mahavidyalaya, popularly known as Itachuna College, is the one and only private college in Itachuna. Established in 1950, Bejoy Narayan Mahavidyalaya is affiliated with the University of Burdwan and is located in the district of Hooghly, West Bengal, India. At present, the college offers honors and other general programs in the faculties of Arts and Science along with 13 awards each year. 

At the UG level, Bejoy Narayan Mahavidyalaya offers a total of 17 Courses in 3 Streams as Arts, Science, and Paramedical which includes 2 Degrees i.e. BA and BSc. Admission to this college is completely based on merit-list To get admission in this course, students have to qualify for their 10 +2 level board examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of m 45 percent of marks in aggregate.
