Extracurricular Activities:

Dramatics club- The club primarily has 4 competitive events – Street Play, Duo Dance, Stage Play and Group Dance
Debating and literary club-The Debating and Literary Club is the club which creates orators out of engineers and promotes literary awareness and knowledge of the English language
Sports club- The Debating and Literary Club is the club which creates orators out of engineers and promotes literary awareness and knowledge of the English language
Online Quizzing Club- quizzes in GGS College test the knowledge in a wide variety of fields
Fine arts club- This club is one of the most happening club at GGS College and is associated with events and workshops

Hostel

There are two boys hostel
Capacity of boys hostel is more than 500 students
The hostel has Gym, reading room,Common room
Girls hostel has capacity of more than 200 students

Festivals:

Parhelion- The two day long techno-cultural extravaganza which is held annually. Two days of music, rock, dance, drama and college masti come with promises of sheer fun. The main attractions were 5 renowned Punjabi Singers i.e. Jassi Gill, Roshan Prince, Ammy Virk, Jassi Jasraj and Raja Baath who thrilled the audience with their hit songs

GGS college has been in limelighr for motivating their youngsters by giving scholarships/awards every year. scholarships are given to the toppers every year.Merit scholarships are awarded to toppers along with need based financial assistance every year
