Admissions at St. John’s College Agra is both merit and entrance-based. For UG program admissions, applicants are given admission based on marks obtained in the entrance test. For the PG program admissions, applicants are given admission based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Selection to Postgraduate courses is merit-based the undergraduate degree or equivalent scores are considered followed by counselling based on the merit in the last qualifying examination.
