Located in the heart of Manhattan, this Midtown West apartment is a perfect home for two college roommates or a couple of young professionals. What this unit lacks in size, it makes up for in beauty and efficiency. At 450-square-feet, this fourth-floor, two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features exposed brick walls, sturdy hardwood floors, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and brand-new stainless kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. The apartment also comes equipped with WiFi, a wall-mounted TV, window air conditioning, and radiator heating. Each bedroom offers large windows, big closets, and enough space to accommodate a queen-size bed and nightstand or dresser. Known for its reasonable housing prices compared to other parts of Manhattan, this centrally located neighborhood has been home to many aspiring actors over the years due in part to the famous Actors Studio on West 44th Street. As is with most neighborhoods in Manhattan, Hell’s Kitchen has several commercial thoroughfares, along which you will find an assortment of great restaurants, popular bars, and retail stores. Be sure to check out the annual Ninth Avenue International Food Festival, which takes place every May. It has been going on since 1974 and is one of the oldest street fairs in New York. Located in an immaculately maintained, six-story, pre-war building, just blocks away from Central Park and Columbus Circle, this apartment is a rare find at this price. A seven-minute walk from the front steps will get you to 59th Street-Columbus Circle station for trains on the Broadway-Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue Lines. This smoke-free apartment can also be furnished upon request.
